Frames and Flowers Scrapbook Page

Hello,
Welcome back.

Today I am sharing a scrapbook page with you.

This page was made to celebrate my niece celebrating her year 12 formal, however because she is very wise about how her image is shown and does not like to be put on social media without her consent, I have not included the photos in this layout.

This page was created using the frames and flowers specialty 12 x 12 DSP and was quick and easy to put together because of the pre-cut ephemera that comes in the pack.

I've used the Alphabet a la Mode dies to create the title of the page. I actually cut the letters our twice - first in Pretty Peacock and then again Petal pink. I glued the Pretty Peacock letters on top of the Petal Pink letters but slightly offset them to create an added depth to the title.

I have added some details by hand. I am not a fan of my handwriting. I am let handed and my handwriting is always wonky and often smudged, however I know how much I value having pieces of my Grandmother's writing so I try to make sure that I write something on all of pages so that future generations can see something personal to me.

On this page I have journaled on the back of the paper. I have done this to protect the privacy of my niece, but also because Stampin' Up had not released their flip flops before I made this page. I would possibly add the journaling behind one of these if I were to recreate this page.

If you live in Australia and don't already have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, please reach out I would love to help you. You can also find all the items I have used listed below with links to my online store.

Until next time,

Happy Crafting
